Wedding Childcare Basics
Starshine offers premium childcare during wedding festivities, brightening them for kids and their families. Kids play games, dress up, make crafts, go on treasure hunts, perform magic tricks, listen to stories, sing songs, and when needed are tucked into bed so adults can fully enjoy the wedding experience. Starshine will create a custom experience based on your needs. We carefully craft activities for any group and number of kiddos ages 0+.
We provide a screen-free, outdoor (when possible), and unique experience for kiddos. If we are using an indoor space we'll leave it cleaner than when we arrived.
Starshine will travel to most venues in Central Oregon.
Starshine provided childcare at our wedding. They were AMAZING! The kids and parents both raved about how much fun they had. Truly a highlight of the night was the DJ playing one more song after kids had been picked up from childcare and seeing them all rush the dance floor with their faces painted and huge smiles on their faces. How to Book
In order to secure the booking of childcare for your wedding, please
1. Contact Starshine about your event details to confirm availability
2. Complete the client questionnaire
3. Sign and return contract
4. Complete payment of deposit (half of total cost)
Pricing is determined on a case-by-base basis. Cost depends on a variety of factors, such as number of hours, and the ages and number of children.
Care & Safety are our priorities
To better provide care and safety to your youngest guests, Starshine will need parents/guardians to fill out a participant registration form prior to one week before the wedding. Each kiddo will also need to have a signed liability waiver emailed to jennie@starsshine-theater.com or completed at drop off.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled more than 60 days in advance will reeive a full refund. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable.
