Wedding Childcare Basics
Starshine offers premium childcare during wedding festivities, brightening them for kids and their families. Kids play games, dress up, make crafts, go on treasure hunts, perform magic tricks, listen to stories, sing songs, and when needed are tucked into bed so adults can fully enjoy the wedding experience. Starshine will create a custom experience based on your needs. We carefully craft activities for any group and number of kiddos ages 0+.
We provide a screen-free, outdoor (when possible), and unique experience for kiddos. If we are using an indoor space we'll leave it cleaner than when we arrive.
Starshine will travel to the most wedding venues in Central Oregon.

Steps to Book
1. Confirm availability with Jennie, call/text Jennie at 541-645-0688, or email jennie@starshine-theater.com
2. Complete the client questionnaire
To finalize your booking, you'll pay a deposit (half of total cost) with Venmo (@starshine-theater) or request an invoice to pay via credit card. The balance is due no later than 7 days after the program takes place.
Pricing is determined on a case-by-base basis. Cost depends on a variety of factors, such as number of hours, and the ages and number of children.
Other Actions You'll Take...
Starshine will assist in the communication between you and the parents of prospective participants. We'll provide you with a description of the childcare experience, what they need to do to register their child(ren), and a pack list for the day of. Then you'll reach out to the parents with the information provided.
You'll need to ensure that parents/guardians fill out the participant registration form prior to one week before the wedding. Each participant will also need to have a signed liability waiver, which can either be signed electronically and emailed to: jennie@starshine-theater.com or completed at drop off.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled more than 30 days in advance will receive full refund. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable.

Parents must make sure each child has:
